Please review our return material authorization policy before submitting a RMA number request. Returns can only be made with an valid RMA number issued after the completion of the RMA request.
RMA Terms
Your RMA request must be completed within the time tables shown for product return and to obtain a valid RMA number.
Our RMA timetables match your companies payment terms for products manufactured by American Data Plates, Inc.. Below is the timetable to request a valid RMA number for your return.
- Net 30 / 30 days to request RMA
- Net 60 / 60 days to request RMA
- Net 90 / 90 days to request RMA
- No Net terms / 14 days to request RMA
Receive a Valid RMA No.
To receive a valid RMA number, please follow the process described below.
1. Fill out the RMA Request form to its entirety.
2. American Data Plates, Inc. will contact you with a RMA number once it is approved
3. American Data Plates, Inc. will either ask you to
- Ship the product to us within 15 days
- Destroy the product on site
5. Please allow 5-7 business days for shipping and processing
